Tunisia- An agent in charge of Abir Moussi protection sanctioned for lending her a bulletproof vest!

Sectoral union of the Department for the Protection of Public Persons and Institutions (SSDPPE) condemned that one of the agents responsible for the protection of deputy Abir Moussi was sanctioned for lending her a bulletproof vest.

The union revealed that once in the field, officers usually find themselves obliged to improvise, particularly in the absence of specific directions from the administration.

The union further denounced that some people have close protection when they do not delay to denigrate the security institution, and without even confronting dangerous threats.

The union, therefore, called for an instantaneous end to the administrative proceedings against the agent in charge of the protection of Abir Moussi and called on its members to wear the red armband to oppose the harassment suffered by professionals in this sector.
