Tunisia-Anas Hmaidi to appear before the investigating judge

Magistrate and president of the Association of Tunisian Magistrates (AMT), Anas Hmaidi, will appear, this Monday, August 21, 2023, before the investigating judge at the Court of First Instance of Kef for a case of obstruction of freedom of work.

It should be remembered that the Association of Tunisian Magistrates (AMT) has called for the disciplinary and criminal proceedings against its president to be stopped, cautioning against any “arbitrary decision” that may be taken against him.
