Tunisia-Anyone that intentionally spread coronavirus will face a capital murder charge

Provision 201 and 202 of the penal code can be used if anyone whose proved to have intentionally spread the virus and the ultimate death of someone, in this case, the transmitter of the virus can be forwarded to the judicary and charges can be adapted to capital murder if the accused knew beforehand he was infected, said Haja to Jawhara FM
