The Criminal Chamber at the Ariana Court of First Instance convicted this Friday, December 1, the rapist of his two daughters to 40 years in jail.
The case dates back to 2019 and happened in Sidi Thabet in the governorate of Ariana.
The prisoner’s wife had filed a complaint against him accusing him of raping his two daughters born in 2003 and 2005. The latter had confirmed the allegations and the sexual assault had been proven after the necessary tests.
