Tunisia – Arrest of eight takfrists wanted for membership in terrorist organization

Joint patrols involving units from the anti-terrorism department and different districts of the National Guard, along with search units, have successfully arrested eight people wanted by security units and various judicial bodies. The suspects were sought for their association with a terrorist organization and had varying prison sentences ranging from 6 months to 7 years. The General Directorate of the National Guard has taken the required legal measures in response to these arrests.
