Tunisia – Arrest of six wanted takfirists

Intelligence units from the National Guard districts of Ghardimaou, Tabarka, Mater, Sbeitla and Grombalia, with the participation of the terrorism prevention services of the National Guard regions of Jendouba, Bizerte, Kasserine and Nabeul, were able to apprehend 6 elements takfirists who were wanted by different security units and judicial structures for “membership in a terrorist organization”. They were condemned to prison terms varying from 2 to 8 years, according to what the general direction of the National Guard reports.

Required legal measures have been taken against them.
