Tunisia-Arrest Warrant against Ali Laarayedh: Ennahdha 1st reaction

Ennahdha commented on the arrest warrant against its vice-president Ali Laarayedh as part of the sending of young people to conflict zones.

Ennahdha believed that this decision seeks to camouflage the bitter failure of the legislative elections which were boycotted by more than 90% of voters demanding the release of its member.

The party has confirmed that its leaders have nothing to do with this case revealing that the campaigns carried out against opponents could, in any case, improve the living conditions of Tunisians.

”Ennahdha will continue to campaign peacefully in coordination with living forces in the country to rescue Tunisia” reads the press release.
