The investigating judge of the Tunis Court of First Instance declared on a private the issuance of an Arrest Warrant against Douaid Bouaouina, the nephew of a former president Zinelabidine Ben Ali, for drug consumption.
According to the research, judicial police officers at the Jardins de Carthage were able to apprehend Douraid Bouaouina, on the basis of the issuance of search warrants against him for the profit of the Court of First Instance of Tunis. Douraid was brought before the prosecution, which sent him straight to the investigating judge.
