Tunisia-Arrest Warrant against merchant who stripped himself before customs officers

The prosecution with the Tunis court of first instance issued two Arrest Warrants against the merchant who stripped himself before the customs officers at  La Goulette port last Sunday.

The first warrant was connected to the defamation accusation of a public agent in acts and words, while the second was linked to the crime of modesty.

The charged person should appear in the forthcoming days before the criminal chamber of the Tunis court of first instance to be tried .
