Tunisian justice, represented by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Financial Judicial Pole, has issued an arrest warrant against the businessman and former MP Ridha Charfeddine. This warrant follows charges linked to customs and banking crimes.
The case of Ridha Charfeddine will be judged on January 25 before the sixth criminal chamber, specializing in financial corruption cases at the Court of First Instance of Tunis.
