Tunisia-At 37, Oussama Mellouli qualified for the Tokyo Olympic Games

Age is just a number! At 37, Tunisian swimmer Oussama Mellouli has been qualified for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
The former Tunisian world and Olympic champion ended yesterday in tenth place in the qualifying race for the 10 km in open water, held on Sunday in Setubal, Portugal.
He covered the distance in 2h55 minutes and 60 seconds. Olympic champion and world champion in the 1,500-meter freestyle, at the  2008 Beijing Olympics and in Rome in 2009, Mellouli became the first Tunisian Olympic champion in swimming and the second gold medalist after Mohammed Gammoudi in 1968.
