Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,Former Colonel Major and former spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, Khalifa Chibani, stressed that numerous sub-Saharan Africans live without an official identity in Tunisia and that it is likely that some of them came from zones of conflict and terrorism.
Khalifa Chibani also sounded the alarm and called on the Tunisian authorities to determine the exact number of these migrants in order to safeguard the country against any threat.
