Speaking to Tunisie Numérique,Frozen MP Hatem Mliki maintained that the presidential decrees issued by President Kais Saied are “almost a suspension of the Constitution”.
He added that the suspension of all matters relating to the exercise of power. Mr Mliki further considered that these decrees reflect a political measure that would have bad outcomes for Tunisia.
