Tunisia-(Audio)Dabbebi: Ghannouchi’s virtual session is a political maneuver

Constitutional law expert Khaled Dabbebi believed that Rached Ghannouchi’s call for a virtual session has no constitutional basis and stays illegal.

In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, Dabbebi considered that this is a political manoeuvre to win international sympathy. As a reminder, Rached Ghannouchi called for the organization of a plenary meeting, Thursday, January 27, remotely to mark the date of promulgation of the Tunisian Constitution.
