Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, communication officer at the education ministry Mohamed Haj Taib said that a meeting between the ministry and the unions will take place the following Monday to address several issues, including the request to halt classes.
Emphasizing the risk that could emerge from unilateral decision-making by trade unions, Haj Taib warned that sanctions will be exerted against any stoppage of classes without the preceding approval of the ministry.
