Speaking to Tunisie Numéirique,Constitutional law professor Salsabil Klibi announced the deadlines for the President of the Republic to seal the Constitutional Court bill are assumed to expire on May 8, 4 days after it is approved by parliament.
She further confirmed that the President of the Republic cannot dismiss or reject the project, after its acceptance by the parliament for the second time.
She revealed that the appeal brought by a group of MP against the bill is illegal because article 81 of the Constitution stipulates that the bill cannot be appealed when it is adopted again without amendment.
