Tunisia-[Audio]:Tunisair: Disappearance of the luggage of several passengers

Some passengers from Paris were shocked by the disappearance of their luggage at Monastir airport, a Tunisiair airline customer told Tunisie Numérique.

Among the 21 passengers, some were capable to retrieve their luggage but others did not see theirs coming, she added, pointing out that it was not easy to have certificates of a declaration of loss, given the weak administrative direction, but they finished by obtaining them all the same.

Our speaker declared that this was not the first time that the baggage has gone in this way. Indeed, the same incident befell 4 years ago and the company had pledged to compensate it, but this word remained a dead letter.

She also lamented about the delay, ticket prices and poor quality of service.
