In a statement to Tunisie Numérique, member of the scientific committee for the fight against the coronavirus and president of the Pasteur Institute Hechmi Louzir addressed the situation of people who have been vaccinated with a single dose of the vaccine andwho have not received a summons to receive the 2nd dose.
Louzir said that few people have encountered this issue indicating that manual entry of these and issues entering their data into the Evax platform was at the heart of the constraints.According to Louzir, the enrollment of the latter has not been validated.Similarly, he revealed that those affected will be able to:
acquire the 2nd dose of the vaccine while waiting for the problem to be fixed
contact the toll-free number to validate enrollment on Evax and receipt of the 1st dose
go to the vaccination centre to confirm receipt of the 1st dose
