Tunisia-Beja: Start of the barley harvest season on this date

As part of monitoring the course of the agricultural season in Beja and on the basis of the humidity levels in the various types of grain varying from one region to another depending on the climate, the quality of the soil and cultivation period in the diverse production areas of the region, and after consultation with the Regional Union of Agriculture and Fisheries of Béja, it was decided to begin the harvest season and the collection of barley at Beja, Monday, May 30, 2022.
 
As for durum wheat, soft wheat and Egyptian beans, the date of the beginning of the harvest will be declared later, while waiting for the humidity to decrease below 12%.
