The Criminal Chamber responsible for examining terrorism cases at the Court of First Instance of Tunis has decided to delay the continuation of the examination of the case related to the assassination of martyr Chokri Belaïd until next Tuesday’s hearing to continue the interrogation of the accused.
It should be remarked that the criminal chamber responsible for examining terrorism cases at the Court of First Instance of Tunis started last Tuesday to question the defendants apprehended and those released in connection with the case linked to the assassination of the martyr Chokri Belaïd. The interrogation continued during today’s session, Friday, February 9, 2024.
