Attorney Imen Gzara declared during a press conference held today, that the members of the defence committee of the martyrs Chokri Belaïd and Mohamed Brahmi finally succeeded in securing the right of access to justice and this, with a view to initiating legal proceedings against Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi.
Gzara recollected that the Nahdhaoui leader was invoked to court for undermining state security, adding that an inquiry was opened against 16 other individuals in the same case. The speaker added that 34 people were prohibited from travelling for their alleged involvement in the case of the secret apparatus slamming, in the same sense, the legitimization of impunity in this case under the cover of political news.
Ridha Barouni and Mustapha Khedhr are among those involved who left Tunisian territory, which stopped the security authorities from summoning them as part of an investigation, adds the same source.
