Tunisia – Ben Guerdene: Dismantling of arms and ammunition trafficking gang

Research units from the National Guard district in Ben Guerdane (Medenine governorate) investigated a legal case entitled “Creation of an arms and ammunition warehouse and trade without authorization”. 4 individuals were apprehended in this case. After interviewing them and searching their houses, 3 hunting rifles and ammunition were seized as well as a sum of money in foreign currency.

The required legal measures have been taken, according to the General Administration of the National Guard.
