Tunisia-Bill on data electronic exchange published in JORT

Law n ° 2021-14 of April 7, 2021, approving the decree-law of the Head of Government n ° 2020-31 of June 10, 2020, was issued today in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia.

Recalling that the decree-law in question fixes the conditions, modalities and procedures directing the electronic exchange of data between structures and their users and among structures.
