Tunisia-Biography of Taoufik Charfeddine, Minister of the Interior

Taoufik Charfeddine recovered his post as Minister of the Interior in the government of Najla Bouden on Monday, October 11, 2021. Designated to this post in August 2020, he was sacked on January 5, 2021, by the former prime minister Hichem Mechichi,

Mr. Charfeddine is a 53-year-old attorney. He possesses a professional master’s degree in Contracts and Legal Services from the Faculty of Law of Sousse (2011) and has been a lawyer at the Court of Cassation since 2008. He was a member in charge of scientific activities of the regional section of lawyers in Sousse and a member of the legal committee of the Football Center League since 2016.
