Tunisia-Bizerte: Governor threatens to close commercial port

Bizerte governor, Mohamed Gouider warned to close the commercial port of the city because of its unsatisfactory state which represents a danger for the health of the inhabitants, Mosaique FM.

The governor further cautioned to block the trucks from passing through the city centre following a demand made the delegate of North Bizerte, Wafa Arifa and member of the municipal council, Mohamed Sfax.

On his part, Bizerte mayor Kamel Ben Amara called on the management of the port and the representatives of the Office of the Merchant Marine to meet with the Minister of Transport, Anouar Maârouf for the lifting of administrative difficulties.
