President of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE), Farouk Bouasker said that that a dozen electoral violations have been transferred to the public prosecutor.
He declared on the sidelines of the transfer of electoral material to regional deposits, that the Isie litigation will take care of the follow-up of the files.
Bouasker added that no electoral campaign can go without seeing overruns. There are problems regarding discourse particularly when there are calls for hatred or against isie. But everything is subject to prosecution according to the law. The overruns have been registered in the various media and the electoral and criminal law will be applied.
