Clinics have the right to demand advance payment from coronavirus patients, announced President of the Tunisian Chamber of Private clinics Boubaker Zakhama.
Private Clinics are basically economic institutions that need to secure its expenses, he said in a statement to Shems FM.
Patients will cover their consumables, but the remainder of payments will be covered by the clinics, highlighting that the rehabilitation room costs up to two million dinars, he added.
He reminded that the private sector has provided 400 beds for the health ministry.
