Tunisia-Boughdiri: Ban on private lessons outside educational establishments

Minister of Education, Mohamed Ali Boughdiri, revealed this Friday, September 15, 2023, that his department is committed to securing compliance with the circular relating to private lessons.

Boughdiri explained that according to article 7 of decree 2015-1619, private lessons are banned outside public educational establishments while studies confirm the spread of this phenomenon.

He also noted the necessity to act and promote private lessons within educational establishments for the benefit of students in order to guarantee the principle of equality.
