The Ministry of Commerce and Export Development has revealed the resumption of the supply of flour and semolina to unclassified bakeries after more than 2 weeks of suspension.
The same source specified that this decision was taken following the commitment of the structures involved to respect the laws governing the manufacture and sale of bread.
The consumer must be notified about the quality, price and weight of the bread on display in a clear manner, the ministry said.
