Tunisia-Breaking news: Constitutional court Bill Returned to Parliament by President Kais Saied

The President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed send, this evening, a correspondence to House speaker Rached Ghannouchi, to inform him of his response to the bill on the constitutional court which dates to December 3, 2015.

The head of the state explains in his letter that his refusal is motivated by many reasons, including, primarily, reasons of constitutional delays as well as other statutory elements linked to what Tunisia has witnessed since the constitution was drafted until today.

President Saied recalled the imperative to respect all the provisions of the constitution and avoiding interpretations that are neither scientific nor innocent.
