Tunisia set a new record for the daily number of registered deaths from coronavirus in the country as the data published on Friday recorded 103 new COVID-19 deaths over the past 24 hours, pushing the death tally to 6092.
Meanwhile, the number of infections recorded increased by 2389 to 193,273 while recoveries stand at 140,180 after reporting 2720 recoveries.
