Halting lessons in elementary, preparatory schools and institutes, beginning from Wednesday, October 28 until Sunday, November 8

Stopping attendance classes in public and private universities for a period of two weeks and adopting a remote pedagogical communication system while placing the logistical capacities of universities at the placement of students who do not possess the necessary equipment.
