Tunisia-Breaking news: Tunisia registers 1.267 new COVID cases, 87 deaths

Tunisia’s Health Ministry reported on Wednesday that the total number of COVID-19 cases soared to  212.697. , on February 2 adding 1.267  cases in 24 hours.

The official release confirms 87 deaths bringing the coronavirus-caused death toll to 6.980 people. Meanwhile, recovery toll reached 167,699  after adding 2632  recoveries.

1.950  COVID-19 patients have been hospitalised of whom 414  are in ICU and 140 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
