The Department of Health announced on May 22 the detection of two more Coronavirus contaminations, bringing the number of people infected with the virus to 1048 confirmed cases.
The ministry indicated in a statement, “Following a total of 1320 lab tests, 6 cases tested positive, of which 2 were new cases and 4 were previously confirmed cases who were still infected with this virus.
The assessment shows that the recovery toll jumped to 903, 47 deaths and 98 people are still carrying the virus including only 3 currently hospitalised.
