Tunisia-Breaking news: Tunisia reports 737 new COVID cases, 24 deaths

24 more coronavirus fatalities and 737  infections from 5279 screening tests conducted on March 9 were reported, announced the Health Ministry on Wednesday night.

The death toll hence reached hit 8.292  while the infection tally reached 239.368 cases, including 205,719  recoveries following the recovery of 543 further persons, according to the same source.

 

1,071 hospitalisations were recorded on the same date, including 275  in intensive care units and 93 under ventilators in public and private health facilities.
