Tunisia-Call to Commonwealth parliamentarians to save Tunisian MPs from capital punishment

Maher Medhioub called the Union of Parliamentarians of the Commonwealth, to interfere to rescue Rached Ghannouchi, as well as 121 MPs who are threatened with death, after President of the republic Kaïs Saied, decided to Judge them after they partook in an online plenary meeting, after the dissolution of the parliament, and the closure of the Assembly.

Medhioub called the Commonwealth parliamentarians to assist members of the “first elected parliament in the history of Tunisia”.
