Tunisia calls on Security Council to take a firm position to stop bombing of Lebanese people

Tunisia denounced the brutal aggression against Lebanon and called on the Security Council to take a decisive and firm stance to stop the bombing of the Lebanese people, and put an end to transgressing its sovereignty and threatening its security.

It also renewed in a statement before the United Nations General Assembly held in New York, the constant and moral position of Tunisia in support of the Palestinian people in its struggle to retrieve their legitimate rights and in advance its right to self –self-determination and establish an independent state on the entire land of Palestine and its capital, Al -Quds Al -Sharif, and condemn it in the most expressive warfare against civilians against civilians The Palestinians, and its condemnation of the international silence on these crimes and the inability of the global community to put an end to the suffering of the Palestinian people, and demand an immediate ceasefire.
