Tunisia- Cancellation of the 15th edition of the Jazz festival in Carthage

The organizing committee of the 15th edition of the Jazz at  Carthage festival today declared the cancellation of the session which was programmed from June 30 to July 4, 2021.

In a statement released today, the organizing committee declared it had taken the decision reluctantly. It affirmed that the worsening epidemiological situation in the nation has urged it to make the right decision and prioritize the health of the public, staff and artists who should be welcomed.

“It is a difficult decision but one which is now becoming essential, given the echoes that are reaching us from the related local, regional and government authorities.

According to the statement. The same source said that the organizing committee will keep the public notified of the repayment terms in the coming days.
