Tunisia-Case of theft of CPG equipment: 5 deposit warrants against five individuals

The investigating judge at the Gafsa court of first instance has issued 5 arrest warrants against people implicated in the case of the theft of equipment from the Compagnie des Phosphates de Gafsa.
While 4 other individuals have been discharged pending the finalization of procedures.
 
Recall that 9 individuals (including executives and workers ) working for a mining materials transport company (a subsidiary of the Gafsa Phosphate Company) were apprehended for having stolen tires and engines belonging to the same company in 2018.
