The secretary-general of the democratic current, Ghazi Chaouachi, declared on Wednesday that the national campaign to bring down the referendum, which includes various parties, including Attakatol, the democratic current, the workers’ party, Al joumhouri and the pole, will boycott the referendum and not participate in it if only to vote no.
He added that the constitution presented by Saïed will lead to a totalitarian system, harming freedoms and rights. He confirmed that the national campaign will call on all Tunisians to bring down this referendum.
