“All the property in my wife’s possession was given to her through inheritance,” stated the former director of the National Anti-Corruption Authority Chawki Tabib.
“The sale and purchase contracts are past my appointment as head of the National Authority for the Fight against Corruption in January 2016 and even our marriage in November 2017. Some of her contracts go back to more than 20 years”, ”he said in a post published on his official page.
“This information can be checked through access to the databases of certain administrative services or through the declarations of assets that my wife and I have submitted to the Court of Auditors, or through the complaint file filed by Maher Zid who accused my wife of money laundering…..he added.
“Anyway, the value of my assets and that of my wife is much lower than the amounts published on social media (100 billion),” he said.
