Tunisia-Chawki Tabib dismissed by the administrative court

The administrative court announced on Wednesday its verdict on the complaint which had reached it, filed by a number of lawyers, including several former chairmen, representing Chawki Tabib the former president of the INLUCC, dismissed from his functions by the former head of government, Elyès Fakhfekh. A complaint in which Tabib demanded that the decision to dismiss him be overturned.

The president of the administrative court rejected this request, for non-specialization of the court and for other arguments detailed in the text of the verdict
