Tunisia-Chorki Belhassen and Salah Ltifi, in detention

The public prosecutor at the Financial Judicial Center ordered the arrest of former Minister of the Environment, Chokri Belhassen and frozen MP Mohamed Salah Ltifi against the backdrop of the copper smuggling case, well-infomed sources told Mosaique FM.

It should be evoked that a team of the National Guard under El Aouina unit captured  Mohamed Salah Ltifi, in Kasserine, following a descent to his house in Feriana.

According to the same sources, he is implicated in several cases of smuggling and financial corruption. Ltifi was similarly under house arrest after July 25.
