The spokesperson for the Tunis Court of Appeal told TAP this Thursday that the indictment chamber specializing in terrorism cases, at the Tunis Court of Appeal, declined six requests for provisional release presented by the defence of six accused in the so-called case of conspiracy against state security, as well as an appeal against the decision banning them from appearing in public, presented by the defence of another accused.
The spokesperson did not give further details, and in particular, he did not disclose the identity of the accused in the requests that were rejected.
