Tunisia-Constitution Draft : Amine Mahfoudh describes article 55 as “very dangerous”

In an interview with a private radio, professor of constitutional law and member of the Consultative body for a new Republic Amine Mahfoudh voiced several reservations on the draft of the new Constitution .

Mahfoudh called on the President of the Republic Kais Saïed to examine the project in question and adapt it for the forthcoming period. He, in the same sense, described article 55 of the Constitution which concerns rights and freedoms as “very dangerous”.
