Tunisia-Constitutional Court: A plenary session to debate the delay in the promulgation of the bill

According to Massad Majles, a plenary session will take place today to discuss the delay in the promulgation of the draft law amending and supplementing organic law n ° 50/2015 of 03 December 2015 reporting to the constitutional court. According to the same source, the session will be devoted to examining:

  • Bill n ° 118/2020 on the regulation of domestic work
  • Bill No. 64/2018 determining the standards for the distribution of constituencies and the number of seats
  • Bill No. 005/2020 relating to the approval of a headquarters deal between the government of the Republic of Tunisia and the Qatar Development Fund on the opening of an office for the Qatar Development Fund in Tunisia
