Tunisia – Coronavirus: 1.5 million vaccinated, 2.5 million registered on Evax

The total number of people who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus since the commencement of the national vaccination campaign, on March 13, reached 1,517,895, including 31,367 people vaccinated on June 18, declared this Saturday, June 19. , the Ministry of Health.
On the 98th day of the campaign, 1,126,908 people received their first dose of vaccine and 390,987 received the second dose. Remark that the percentage of people who have received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine has reached 43.8% since the launch of the campaign. Therefore, 78.8% of people aged over 75 have received at least one dose of the vaccine while the percentage of people vaccinated within 60-74 years is 77.2%, and the rate of vaccinated for the 50 -59 years is 57.5%.
 As for the number of people enrolled on the Evax.tn platform, it attained at 2,532,241 as of June 19 at 11:45 a.m. As such, the Ministry of Health repeats its call to register on the Evax platform via the site: www.evax.tn, the toll-free number: 80.10.20.21, by SMS (Evax at 85.355) or via the code * 2021 #.
