377 more cases of contamination and 4 new deaths with coronavirus were registered and 58 already active cases tested positive on September 9, taking the toll to 6,259 confirmed cases, the Health Ministry said Friday.
Samples were taken from 3,052 cases, including 100 taken as part of monitoring active carriers.
5058 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed, since the reopening of borders on June 27, including 595 imported cases, 4,410 domestic and 53 deaths, the press release indicated.
According to the same source, 88 patients with COVID-19 are currently hospitalised, of whom26 are admitted to intensive care.
