Tunisia-Coronavirus: entry requirement for Austria

Tunisair announced that as of July 01, 2021, all passengers accessing Austrian territory from Tunisia need to: –

  • Submit a negative PCR test result carried out 72 hours before departure or a negative antigen test less than 48 hours or a vaccination certificate
  • A vaccination is valid from the 22nd day after the first vaccination for a maximum of 3 months from the date of the vaccination
  • After the second partial vaccination, the validity is prolonged for another 6 months. The vaccine is, therefore, valid for nine months from the date of the first vaccination. For vaccines that only need one vaccination, it is valid from the 22nd day for nine months from the date of the first vaccination. The same goes for patients who have been vaccinated only once. –

Fill out the online entry form, downloadable via ➡️ HTTPS://ENTRY.PTC.GV.AT. –

Respect a 10-day quarantine period. This can be reduced if a PCR or antigen test is performed on the 5th day. In the event of a negative test, the quarantine will cease. Persons with a vaccination certificate and minors between 12 and 18 years old who accompany them are exempt from quarantine.
