Tunisia- Countries all over the world mourn President Beji Caid Essebsi

As Tunisia’s President Beji Caid Essebsi passed awaycountries all over the world sincerely mourned Essebsi‘s passing, profound messages of mutual comforts started to flow in , Arabic leaders ordered official flags to be properly half-mast for three days in sacred honor of the late president.

Lebanon’s prime minister Saad Hariri and Jordan’s royal court promptly ordered three days of mourning over Essebsi’s death, official flags in both countries were instantly half-mast.Algeria promptly announced the official halt of all local festivities and cultural events. 

French President Emmanuel Macron offered tribute to EssebsiMacron hailed the president as “courageous leader who presided over his country at an essential moment in its history.”.Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte hailed the late president via twitter“a man and statesman with great political experience and humanity, who served his country throughout his life he said. UN secretary-general António Guterres said Essebsi ‘was a pivotal character in Tunisia’s history and independence.

On his part, Ahmed Abou Gheit secretary-general of the Arab league graciously extended his deepest sympathies to the people and the government of Tunisia.UN chief António Guterres expressed his overwhelming sadness and extended his sincere condolences to Tunisia, The UN council also stood a moment of silence.

Marroco, Brazil, the United Kingdom and America gently poured extensive messages of mutual support and heartfelt condolences. Recognized world leaders will properly attend the president’s funeral tomorrow.
